Hangang river

The Hangang river is composed of Namhangang River and Bukhangang River. The Namhangang River originates from the northern valley of the Geumdae Mountain, Taebeak City, Gangwon Province. The Bukhangang River originates from the Geumgang Mountain, Gangwon Province. The two rivers converge at the Yangsuri, Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province. The Hangang river flows through the center of Seoul, meeting the Imjingang River into the West Sea off the Ganghwa Sound.
